Contact and corrections

Catoctin Curtain does not publish a staff list, postal address, phone number or message inbox. Those details would need to be verified before they appeared here, and inventing a working form would be worse than publishing none.

What we do welcome is a correction or a question about method. If you want to raise something, please identify the article clearly. Give the title and the slug from the page address, and quote the sentence you are writing about. That small amount of detail lets an editor find the exact passage rather than guessing.

If your point depends on a document, a dated notice or a published description, describe the supporting evidence you have. Say what it is, when it was produced and what it shows. We are more likely to act on a precise source than on a general impression.

The publication is editorial, not a booking service. We cannot confirm auditions, rehearsal dates, ticket availability, venue access or the plans of any local company, and we do not pass messages to them. Those questions belong with the organisation running the activity.

Corrections that change meaning are the priority: a misdescribed role, a misleading sequence or a claim that reads as a rule when it is only a pattern. Smaller matters such as phrasing and clarity are still useful, and we keep a note of them.

When we correct an article, we describe the change plainly in the text. We do not quietly remove a sentence and pretend it was never there.
